"A room is not a room without a natural light."

Open Space and Harmony

A defining characteristic of this space is the presence of open floor plans. Living areas seamlessly transition into dining areas, fostering a sense of connection and maximizing usable space. This approach is ideal for the modern lifestyle, encouraging interaction and creating a feeling of closeness among the home's occupants.

Functionality Takes Center Stage

The kitchen exemplifies the seamless integration of form and function. The central island with integrated appliances not only provides ample workspace and storage but also serves as a social hub, fostering interaction during meal preparation. This layout is perfectly suited for modern lifestyles where the kitchen often serves as the heart of the home.

Attention to Detail

Attention to Detail

Besides the bright and spacious open floor plans, this specific interior demonstrates a focus on canonical details. The wood with fine variations in patterns adds warmth, while the balanced proportions and clean lines create a sense of harmony. Fronts with glass centers increase light penetration and visually add depth, while skillfully placed wine racks seamlessly combine functionality with a touch of sophistication.

Entrance Hall + Corridor

The entrance hall, as the first zone between the exterior and the built interior functional area, needs to provide the appropriate functions for its users. The corridor, or the natural extension of the service space, connects the ground floor and first floor and acts as the spatial link between the common areas on the ground level and the bedrooms above it. In both spaces, solid wood elements are used, but utilized in different shades of the gray spectrum. The vestibule provides components for organizing outerwear and shoes, and is also equipped with a mirror that, besides its primary function, also gains spatial width for the otherwise narrow and long room.
